A device for controlling temperature of transmission oil is provided to prevent shift shock or shift delay by maintaining the temperature of the oil in a proper level when the oil is excessively heated or cooled. A switching unit(100) is communicated with a transmission(400), receives oil from the transmission and selectively branches the oil into a first port(110) and a second port(120) depending on oil temperature. A first line(200) has one end portion connected to the first port, the other end portion connected to the transmission, and a middle portion connected to an inlet port(510) of a radiator(500). A second line(300) has one end portion connected to the second port, the other end portion connected to the transmission, and a middle portion is connected to an outlet port(520) of the radiator.
