A method for outputting address signals of a plasma display panel is provided to output address signals stably by executing charge distribution during a high level of a charge distribution signal. A plasma display panel includes a display panel(201) and an address electrode driver(221). The display panel includes plural address electrodes. The address electrode driver outputs address signals for driving the address electrodes. The address electrode driver inputs image data(Sa) including red, green, and blue data, a blank signal for controlling the output of the address signals, and a charge distribution signal(CSE) for controlling a charge distribution operation which increases or decreases the voltage level of the address signals. The address signals are stably outputted by executing the charge distribution operation during a high level of the charge distribution signal.
