An OLED display device and a driving method thereof are provided to enhance display quality by reducing mismatch rates between driving and programming thin film transistors. A first driving element having a first control electrode for receiving the voltage of a first node switches a current path between second and third nodes. A second driving element which is symmetrically connected to the first driving element through second and third nodes, includes a second control electrode receiving the voltage of the first node. A high voltage driving voltage source supplies a high driving voltage through the third node. An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode)(OLED) is connected between the second node and a base voltage source. Data and gate lines are crossed with each other. First, second, and third switch elements(ST1,ST2,ST3) selectively connects the data line and the first node, the second node and the data lines, and the first and second control electrodes, respectively. A driver(124) drives the switch elements to form parallel and series current paths between the second and third nodes during first and second periods, respectively. A storage capacitor(Cst) is connected between the first and third nodes.
