An automotive battery is provided to secure an extended durable life by preventing a loss of an electrolytic solution caused by heat generated from an engine when a vehicle is operated. An automotive battery includes: a cell case(100) in which many cells(110) filled with an electrolytic solution are formed to divide the inside of the cell case; electrode plates(300) installed in the respective cells; an outer case(200) into which the cell case having the electrode plates is inserted to form a space part in the outside of the cell case; a cooling tissue(400) which is installed in the space part formed between the inside surface of the outer case and the outside surface of the cell case; and a cover(500) which has a negative electrode terminal(510) and a positive electrode terminal(520) and is united to the top of the outer case. |
