A circuit board and a display device having the same are provided to protect circuit elements on a circuit board against ESD(ElectroStatic Discharge) and thus protect the display device. The first to n-th connection units(CP_1-CP_n) include a ground pad(GP), signal output pads(SP_D,SP_G) for outputting signals, and conductive dummy pads(DP_1) formed to be insulated from the ground pad and the signal output pads. The signals include a gate drive signal and a data driver signal. The signal output pads include a gate signal output pad for outputting the gate drive signal and a data signal output pad for outputting a gate signal output pad for outputting the gate drive signal and a data signal output pad for outputting the data driver signal. Signal output pads of the second to n-th connection units output the data driver signal. |
