An absorption jig for manufacturing a key pad is provided to prevent a scratch of a key surface due to jig film of upper and lower plates of the absorption jig by directing a printed front surface of a key upward and a rear surface thereof downward. An absorption jig for manufacturing a key pad includes a lower plate(1), a key(3), an upper plate(2), and an absorption plate. The lower plate includes a support unit(10) on a top surface. The support unit includes a plurality of coupling projections(11). The key includes a front surface(30) and a rear surface(31). The front surface is inserted into the support unit of the lower plate and a character, a figure, and a diagram are printed on the front surface. The front surface is directed upward to be exposed to the outside. The rear surface without the character, the figure, and the diagram is inserted into an inner surface of the support unit and directed downward. The upper plate is coupled with the lower plate and includes receiving grooves(20) on a lower surface. Absorption holes(21) are formed on the receiving grooves. The absorption plate is coupled with the upper plate and a vacuum pipe through a bushing.
