A ventilating system of underground structures is provided to reduce power consumption and noise, and to maximize marketability and economics of the system. A ventilating system of underground structures(1) comprises an air supply fan(100), an air exhaust fan(200), a guide vane(300), and a ventilating hole. The air supply fan is installed to an air supply hole(11) of each floor along an air supply shaft(10) of the underground structures. The air exhaust fan is installed to the air exhaust hole(21) of each floor toward an exhaust shaft(20) of the underground structures. The guide vane is located inside the air exhaust shaft and has an arc type section for guiding exhaust air upward. The ventilating hole is additionally formed at a lower part of a wall surface dividing the exhaust shaft and an indoor part in a lower part of the exhaust fan arranged in the lowest floor of the underground structures.
