A green tea composition containing Siraitia grosvenori extract is provided to reduce an astringent taste of green tea without greatly affecting the organoleptic properties and to ensure an effect of preventing and treating gastric disturbance. A green tea composition includes 0.3 to 0.7% by weight of Siraitia grosvenori extract. The Siraitia grosvenori extract is obtained by extracting in water, a hydrophilic organic solvent or a mixed solvent thereof. The hydrophilic organic solvent is selected from the group consisting of C1-5 lower alcohol such as methanol, ethanol, propyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, etc.; a lower aliphatic ketone such as acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, etc. and C2-5 polyhydric alcohol such as 1,3-butylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerin, etc.
