A miss control prevention apparatus of a steering wheel remote control is provided to increase traveling stability and reliability of the vehicle by shutting down operation signals of wheel remote control switches by a miss control prevention circuit automatically when the steering wheel is operated at greater than a set angle. A miss control prevention apparatus of a steering wheel remote control comprises multimedia operating wheel remote control switches(10), a vehicle speed sensor(20), a vehicle speed switch(30), and a miss control prevention circuit(40). The miss control prevention circuit shuts down operation signals transferred from the wheel remote control switches when the operation of the steering wheel is sensed at greater than a set angle by an angle sensor sensing a rotary angle of the steering wheel. The miss control prevention circuit includes the angle sensor, a coil, and a circuit switch.
