A method and an apparatus for measuring a ripple of a high voltage regulator are provided to measure a ripple voltage by comparing an output high voltage with a reference voltage and monitoring the compared result. An apparatus for measuring a ripple of a high voltage regulator includes a high voltage generator(210), a reference voltage groove(220), a comparator(230), and a measuring unit(240). The high voltage generator generates a high voltage, divides the high voltage according to a predetermined ratio, and outputs the divided voltage. The reference voltage groove outputs either an internal reference voltage, which is changed according to an input test bit, or an external reference voltage, which is inputted from the outside, during a test mode for measuring a ripple. The comparator compares the output voltage from the high voltage generator with the reference voltage from the reference voltage and outputs a compared result. The measuring unit outputs an output signal from the comparator to a pad. |
