A watertight structure of a speaker mounted at a panel of a vehicle body is provided to improve watertight by preventing water to be infiltrated into a vehicle through a rivet fixing a speaker to a vehicle body, and to prevent the rivet to be separated from the vehicle body by corrosion of a rivet rod. A watertight structure of a speaker mounted at a panel of a vehicle body includes a speaker mounted to a vehicle body to be riveted. A protector of the speaker is fixed to a panel(3) of a vehicle with a rivet(6). A rivet protecting cap(10) receives an end part of the rivet to prevent the end part to be exposed to an exterior. Rivet protecting cap are integrally formed at a water shutting plate(4) for the rivet protecting cap corresponding to each rivet mounting hole(8) to be protruded. An end part of the rivet is surrounded by the rivet protecting cap to prevent the end part to be exposed to an exterior by the rivet protecting cap interposed to the rivet mounting hole. |
