LNG CARRIER HAVING COMBINED TYPE CARGO TANK

An LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) carrier having a combined type cargo tank is provided to make up for structural strength of a weak part of a body by using a structure reinforcing connection unit. An LNG carrier(100) includes a plurality of separate type cargo tanks(130), a plurality of membrane type cargo tanks(120), and a structure reinforcing connection unit(125). The separate type cargo tanks are arranged at a stem side to prevent excessive sloshing due to partial filling of LPG in a cargo tank and to conform to a polar region navigation condition. The membrane type cargo tanks are arranged at a stern side from the separate type cargo tanks. The structure reinforcing connection unit is installed between the separate type cargo tank and the membrane type cargo tank to enhance structural strength of a body(110). A mounting space is formed on a deck of the separate type cargo tank to mount LNG regasification equipment.
