A sliding guide device of a sub body for a mobile phone is provided to be mainly applied to a wide phone-type mobile phone having a short sliding road distance between a main body and a sub body, thereby realizing a smooth sliding action as minimizing wear and noise in case of the sliding action and protecting from shock and erosion. A housing(10) is equipped with fixed parts(12) fixed to a main body as being equipped with coupling holes(13). A sliding guide(20) has a mobile hole(21) of the same size as a mobile hole(11) of the housing, and has stopper fixing grooves(22). A housing cap(30) is combined by being inserted between the housing and the sliding guide, and has projections(31) combined by being inserted into the coupling holes of the housing. A slider(40) is equipped with fixed parts(41) fixed to a rear side of a sub body, and installs a stopper combining hole(42). A stopper is equipped with a projection(51) combined with a stopper fixing hole, and has spring setting holes(53) where springs(52) are set.
