A depletion compensated wet bath simulator for a breath alcohol analyzer is provided to maintain the standard alcohol concentration of solution during testing by compensating naturally reduced alcohol concentration of solution according to several tests of the breath alcohol analyzer through supplying alcohol gas, so that periodic supplement or replacement of alcohol solution is avoid. A depletion compensated wet bath simulator for a breath alcohol analyzer comprises: a controller in a housing; a reaction tank(29) having a storage tank(32A) for storing distilled water and a heating tank(32B) for maintaining the standard temperature of the distilled water; a sample-introducing means for supplying a standard alcohol sample to the storage tank for preparing alcohol solution, installed in the outer side of the reaction tank; a pumping means for absorbing alcohol solution from the storage tank to spray the alcohol solution into the heating tank, and absorbing the outer air to supply the outer air into the storage tank; a measurement part for measuring concentration of alcohol solution by inducing alcohol reaction gas generated from the storage tank to a release pipe(45); and a compensation tank(50) for continuously maintaining the standard alcohol concentration of testing solution by supplying alcohol gas corresponding to the reduced alcohol concentration of alcohol solution due to measurement of the breath alcohol analyzer to the storage tank.
