A portable folding mini bicycle is provided to have sufficient performance in stability, durability, external appearance or the like as well as to easily ride at a narrow road or at a region where many people exist with small wheels. A portable folding mini bicycle(1) includes a front wheel(2) and a rear wheel(2a). A pair of top frames(5,5a) can slide into a pair of bottom frames(6,6a) by constructing front and rear body frames(4,4a) in two stages. The front and rear body frames are connected by a foldable connection frame(8). A handle(9) is rotatably mounted on a top of the front body frame. A connection bar(10) is installed on a top of the front body frame and the rear body frame. A link bar(11) is rotatably connected to the connection bar by a hinge(12a). A saddle bar(14) is slantingly connected by installing a hinge(12b) on a boundary between the top frame and the bottom frame of the rear body frame. The link bar is connected in the middle of the saddle bar. A gear and a chain case(16) are connected to be coupled with a hub axle(15) of a wheel(3a). A pedal axle(17) is connected to top of the gear and the chain case. A pair of clamps(18,18a) are installed on a boundary surface of the top frames and the bottom frames. A pair of foldable handles(19,19a) are connected to both sides of the handle. A push button is installed on a center of the connection frame, the bottom frames, and the handle.
