A dry verge system for a tiled roof has a tandem arrangement of telescopically inter-engaged tapered channel units (1). Each unit (1) receives the end edge of a respective roof tile. The narrow end (8) of each unit (1) fits within the wide end (9) of the next unit, guided by a tongue (13) and slot (12) arrangement. The unit (1) can be fitted left or right handed and removable tabs (10, 11) are provided to accommodate this. Comb-construction spacers (22) are provided at the narrow end (8) of each unit to engage the surface within the wide end of the next unit. |
