An LCD device is provided to form a drive IC in the lower side of a TCP corresponding to a main support to install a heat radiating plate in a space between the main support and the TCP, thereby reducing the volume of the LCD device efficiently. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device comprises an LCD panel(110), a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(112), a TCP(Tape Carrier Package)(111), a drive IC(Integrated Circuit)(113), a main support(127), and a heat radiating plate(150). The PCB has a circuit for supplying an image signal to the LCD panel. The TCP connects the LCD panel and the PCB electrically. The drive IC is formed in the TCP, the LCD panel is arranged on the main support, and the main support fixes and supports the LCD panel. The heat radiating plate is formed in the side of the main support and contacts the drive IC. |
