A lubricating device for a differential gear is provided to supply a sufficient amount of oil to a gear meshing portion of a differential pinion gear and a pinion shaft. A differential gear includes a differential pinion gear(3), a pinion shaft(6) fixing the differential pinion gear, a differential housing(2) fixing the pinion shaft and turned by a ring gear(11), and a side gear(4) meshed with the differential pinion gear and mounted on a rear axle. A pinion shaft fixing pin(7) is fastened to at least one end of the pinion shaft through the differential housing. One end of the pinion shaft fixing pin is outwardly exposed from the differential housing, and a oil introducing passage(9) is formed on the exposed end and is extended in an interior of the body of the pinion shaft fixing pin. An oil supply passage(10) is formed on the pinion shaft.
