A blowing device is provided to be highly efficient and thin by disposing a slim-type motor in a lower circumferential part of an impeller, and arranging the motor between the impeller and a bell mouse. A blowing device comprises an impeller(2), a motor and a bell mouse(1). The motor has a rotor(4) and a stator(5), and rotates the impeller. The bell mouse supplies air to an intake(3) of the impeller. The rotor of the motor is fixed to the impeller, and the stator of the motor is fixed to the bell mouse.
