A device for assorting chopsticks using guide plates is provided to allow a user to stably perform a chopstick assortment work by increasing a space between guide plates according to the number of chopsticks. A device for assorting chopsticks using guide plates comprises a container(10) having a rectangular parallelepiped shape, a support member(20) having a bending plate shape and a rod(30). The container has an upper opening and a flange(13) at the upper end thereof. The support member is inserted into the container and has a smooth slope section(22) and a steep slope section(23). The rod is connected between the steep slope section and a wall surface(12) of the container to have a slope. The smooth slope section is formed with a pair of elongated holes transversely punched therein. A pair of symmetrical guide plates(40) are assembled with the elongated holes such that the guide plates move leftward and rightward.
