SHELL DISCHARGE INSTRUMENT OF MACHINE GUN

A member for discharging a shell of a machine gun is provided to allow a user to use a machine gun in a standing position by discharging a shell laterally. A member for discharging a shell of a machine gun comprises an inlet(21) and an outlet(22) for the shell at the lateral side of a member(11) for exhausting the shell. The inlet is perpendicular to the outlet. The member(20) for discharging the shell includes a passage(23) for the shell, which connects the inlet with the outlet. A slope(26) having a predetermined angle is formed in the passage to switch a horizontal movement direction of the shell to a vertical movement direction. The slope has an angle of 31° to 39°.
