This personal computer adaptor apparatus comprises an adaptor side signal input terminal that can be connected to a headphone terminal of a personal computer used for audio signals; a control signal output terminal that can be connected to a microphone terminal of the personal computer; a plug part that can be connected to an outlet jack of a power line; a digital converting part that converts an audio signal, which is inputted from the adaptor side signal input terminal, to a digital signal; an adaptor side power line transmission part that transmits the audio signal via the power line connected to the plug part; an adaptor side power line reception part that receives, via the power line connected to the plug part, a control signal of the personal computer transmitted from an output apparatus connected to the power line; and an analog converting part that converts the control signal to an analog signal and outputs it from the control signal output terminal.
