A prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for rheumatoid arthritis comprising 2-benzyl-5-(4-chlorophenyl)-6-[4-(methylthio)phenyl]-2H-pyridazin-3-one and leflunomide in combination. The prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent can be administered orally, produces little adverse side effects, shows an excellent inhibitory effect on rheumatoid arthritis, and is therefore useful for the prevention and/or treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
