A system for operating a complex shop equipped with a variable vending machine set is provided to enable a shop placed of the first floor in a profitable commercial sector to make profit after business hours or on holiday without any employer. A pit(100) is formed to a front, side, or rear ground of a shop(S) facing a footpath. A lift(200) is installed to the ground of the pit. A vending machine and AD(ADvertisement) device(300) is installed on the lift, is received in the pit during business hours of the shop, and sells articles or services to persons passing the footpath, or outputs AD by being lifted on the ground after the business hours or on holiday. The vending machine and AD device includes a monitoring camera and a security device to perform remote monitoring by linking with a security system of the shop. |
