A heater controlling a voltage is provided to obtain a uniform heat generation characteristic in spite of an unstable power supply. A heater(100) controlling a voltage includes a power input unit(120), a voltage detection unit(130), a heating power supply unit(140), and a power control unit(150). The power input unit receives a power voltage. The voltage detection unit detects a size of the power voltage inputted to the power input unit. The heating power supply unit converts the power voltage inputted from the power input unit into a heating voltage and supplies the heating voltage to a heating unit. The power control unit controls the heating power supply unit so that a magnitude of the heating voltage is the same as a reference voltage when the voltage detected from the voltage detection unit is larger than the reference voltage. |
