ICE SLURRY MAKER BY USING A PRESSURIZED SUPERCOOLING HEAT EXCHANGER

A slurry ice maker using a pressurized supercooling heat exchanger is provided to prevent dissolution of an overcooled aqueous solution less than a freezing point generated inside the heat exchanger by heat transfer between low temperature brine and the aqueous solution. A slurry ice maker using a pressurized supercooling heat exchanger comprises a brine circulating unit(200), a supercooling heat exchanger(300), and an aqueous solution circulating unit(400). The brine circulating unit includes an outside freezer(210) for cooling an aqueous solution through heat transfer with brine, a circulating pump(220) for circulating the brine, a brine flow rate control valve(230) for control flow rate of the brine and a brine circulating pipe(240) for forming a brine circulation path. The supercooling heat exchanger overcools the aqueous solution through the heat transfer with the brine cooled by the brine circulating unit. The aqueous solution circulating unit circulates the aqueous solution supercooled in the supercooling heat exchanger in a supercooled state as well as generates slurry ice of the aqueous solution.
