A cradle shaped seat for a chair is provided to allow comfortable support of a user's body by being transformed according to the user's body shape and to prevent skin disease by forming aeration space and holes. A cradle shaped seat for a chair comprises: a support part(10) to support the hip of a user, which includes multiple holes for aeration(11); fixation parts(20) extended from both ends of the support part; Velcro tape part(22) attached to the backside of the fixation part, through which the seat is movably fixed on both art rests of a chair; and linkage parts(30).
