<p>Wings (6) joined to the front sides of the saw teeth bridge the latter in the sideways direction. The size of the wing is less than that of the tip of the tooth. The wing comprises a folded-double metal sheet which is glued or welded to the tooth. An independent claim is also included for a method for securing hard tips or blades (2) to a support such as a sawblade, by fixing the tip to an intermediate part (3) in one step and securing the intermediate part to the support in another step.</p> |
