A cranial shape orthotic implement for infants is provided to allow convenient and comfortable wearing of the orthotic implement on the head of infant in minimally contact state and maintaining a certain space between the implement and the head and to guide the cranial shape of infant from bracycephalic cranium near to scaphocephalic cranium. A cranial shape orthotic implement for infants comprises: a protective outer cover body(10) having ear separating projection parts(12), which is made of hard material; an elastic inner cover body(30,30a,30b) formed in the outer cover body in smaller size, which absorbs shocks applied to the head; a head fixation implement(40) combined with and fixed on both ends of the outer cover body to support the head of infant in a band shape; and a jaw supportive part(50).
