A manufacturing method of a large bamboo flute is provided to manufacture a large bamboo flute with yellow bamboo capable of being easily supplied with lower cost, maintaining the same sound quality as a cylindrical double-reed bamboo. A manufacturing method of a large bamboo flute includes the steps of: selecting 4~5 year-old yellow bamboo and drying the yellow bamboo for 6~12 months(S100); classifying the yellow bamboo into inner and outer bamboos and stretching curved bamboos with heat treatment and cooling treatment or an RF(Radio Frequency) heating device(S200); preparing the inner bamboo for inserting the inner bamboo into the outer bamboo and punching the inner bamboo for boring a hole from the outer bamboo to the inner bamboo(S400); machining the inner bamboo to be fitted into the outer bamboo with high precision and subjecting to sanding treatment(S500); coupling the inner bamboo and the outer bamboo(S600); punching the inner bamboo with an inner diameter of 17mm and subjecting to sanding treatment(S700); and punching the outer bamboo and winding string on the outer bamboo for preventing split of the outer bamboo(S800). |
