It is possible to increase a selection range for selecting a material of a thermal treatment jig (especially, a material of a resistance heating element) so as to suppress cost increase of the thermal treatment jig, make heater output uniform, and improve thermal efficiency. For subjecting a treatment object to a thermal treatment, a thermal treatment jig is for holding a treatment object and resistance-heating the treatment object by external power supply. The terminal treatment jig is formed by a base material mixed with a resistance heating material having a higher specific resistance than the base material.
