A mobile phone folder is provided to comprise rotative members on an upper folder and a lower folder, respectively, to expand a rotative radius by isolating the upper folder from the lower folder, thereby rotating the upper folder at 360 degrees on the lower folder. Rotative members(130) are hinge-coupled with an upper folder(110) and a lower folder(120), respectively, and rotate the upper folder at 360 degrees on the lower folder. Linking members are comprised inside the rotative members, and equally link central rotations of the upper folder and the lower folder when the upper folder rotates on the lower folder. A rotative control member(160) stops the rotation of the upper folder at certain angle in connection with the rotative members.
