A filter cleaning device and a ductless dryer having the same are provided to prevent clogging of a filter caused by foreign materials such as lint. A filter cleaning device comprises a lint collecting part(300), and a lint containing part(400). The lint collecting part separates lint from a filter(200). The lint containing part stores lint collected by the lint collecting part. The lint collecting part has a scraper(310) and a motor(320). The scraper collects lint as moving along the filter. The motor operates the scraper. The scraper moves by the motor and a roller separated from the motor. The lint containing part has a storage box(410) and a screen(420). The storage box stores lint. The screen is formed at the storage box, and opened and closed along with the lint collecting part.
