The device has a reception antenna (1) receiving electromagnetic radiation and a detector circuit (2) connected to the antenna to create electrical voltage adjusted in presence of received electromagnetic radiation. Electroluminescent transducer (3) is supplied by the voltage to create a light signal for warning the presence of electromagnetic radiation. The transducer has electroluminescent diode, whose color is chosen in a manner to give a stop signal.
