<p>A cover plate assembly including a cover plate (15), an insulation element (11), an explosion-proof diaphragm (8), a pulling plate(5) and an assembling base (17), in which a chamber(28) communicated from upside to downside is provided on the assembling base (17), the cover plate(15) and the explosion-proof diaphragm(8) are insulated and fixed hermetcally inside the chamber(28) by the insulation element(11), and the cover plate(15) and the explosion-proof membrane(8) are connected electrically each other to form a decompression room(13),and the explosion-proof diaphragm(8) is electrically connected to the pulling plate (5) beneath thereof which is supported against on the assembling base (17) and is insulated from the assembling base (17) via the insulation element (11), so that the explosion-proof diaphragm(8) is broken and disconnect to the pulling plate(5) when the press applied to it is higher than a setting value. A battery using the above stated explosion-proof cover plate assembly is provided.</p> |
