A hinge device and a door structure are provided to prevent a finger from being pressured excessively without moving a door when a finger gets caught in a space between a door and a doorframe. A hinge device includes a first hinge element(1) attached to one side of a door(D) or a doorframe(F), a second hinge element(2) assembled to the first hinge element to turn on a first shaft(4), a third hinge element(3) assembled to the second hinge element to turn on a second shaft(5) and attached to the other side of the door or the doorframe, and a retainer keeping the second hinge element and the third hinge element not to be separated from each other when the third hinge element turns on the second shaft, wherein the retentive force of the retainer is large enough for allowing the third hinge element to turn on the second shaft from the second hinge element when a finger gets caught in a space between a door and a doorframe, and the excessive force is applied to a door in the closing direction. |
