POWER CAPACITY MONITORING SYSTEM, APPARATUS, AND THEIR OF METHOD

A power capacity monitoring system, a power capacity monitoring apparatus, and an operation method thereof are provided to check a consumed power in real-time by comparing a power usage threshold value with a current power usage value. A power capacity monitoring system includes a support unit(120), a resource managing unit(110), and a quality managing unit(140). The support unit monitors a power usage of an optical relay(130) with respect to a contracted value and generates monitoring data. The resource managing unit updates the monitoring data from the support unit by using a resource management system. The quality managing unit orders an actual inspection on the optical relay based on the monitoring data from the support unit. A maintenance server(150) performs the actual inspection on the optical relay and reports an inspection result to the support unit.
