A connector assembly is provided to generate a confirm sound when a contact surface of an elastic contact piece is contacted with a housing, thereby preventing work faults by enabling a worker to confirm whether a terminal is coupled with a connector normally. A connector assembly comprises a contact terminal(10) and a hollow housing(20). The contact terminal comprises a wire coupling unit(11) and a connection unit(12). The hollow housing has a terminal receiving space(21) comprising an outer wall, an incline(22)and an elastic fixing unit(23). The outer wall surrounds the contact terminal when the contact terminal is received. The incline has a slope in one side of the outer wall towards an inside of the terminal receiving space, and forms a stepped portion. The elastic fixing unit is prolonged as being protruded towards an entry direction of the contact terminal. The contact terminal comprises a couple of elastic contact pieces(13), and a locking protrusion(14). The elastic contact pieces are prolonged and protruded to the outside of the contact terminal as maintaining a predetermined interval. The locking protrusion is prolonged and protruded to the outside of the contact terminal in parallel to the elastic contact pieces between the elastic contact pieces, and prolonged and protruded to be smaller than the elastic contact pieces. When the contact terminal enters the terminal receiving space of the housing, the elastic fixing unit is locked by the locking protrusion to fix the contact terminal to the housing. After that, the elastic contact pieces are contacted with the incline.
