摘要 A fluidic actuator for application inside turbo machinery is provided to reduce an intensity of force required for moving a controllable sealing unit to a radial direction by reducing a radial direction pressure applied to the controllable sealing unit at a step of suppressing an axial direction main contact. A fluidic actuator for application inside turbo machinery includes a cylinder(14), a piston(12), at least one piston ring(20), and at least one spring(22). The cylinder has an inlet port. The piston is arranged at least partially in the cylinder. At least one circumferential groove(16) is positioned on one of the piston or the cylinder. To pre-press the piston ring at a sealing unit between a low pressure surface of the piston ring and a low pressure surface of the circumferential groove, the spring is arranged on a high pressure surface of the piston ring by being placed adjacent to the piston ring.
