This invention provides a water purifier which can prevent a lowering in water purification efficiency and can realize easy maintenance and a simple construction. In the water purifier (1), a filter (5) is disposed upstream of a purifier (4) in the water flow direction. Accordingly, an ozone mixer in the purifier (4) is not affected by pressure loss caused by clogging of the filter (5), and a lowering in efficiency of mixing of ozone into water in the ozone mixer can be prevented. That is, a lowering in the efficiency of purification of water in the purifier (4) can be prevented. In the filter (5), when the maintenance of an inner case (77) is carried out, an outer case (76) is removed from the inner case (77) to expose the inner case (77), whereby easy access to the inner case (77) can be realized. This in turn realizes easy maintenance of the filter (5).
