A method for manufacturing a number plate having a regional logo is provided to improve a recognizability of the number plate by printing numbers on the number plate using a laser printer or an ink-jet printer. An adhesive agent(G) is applied on a rear surface of a base sheet(110). A rear sheet(120) for protecting the adhesive agent is bonded with the base sheet. A predetermined color section and a writing section(111) are formed on the base sheet. Logos of regions are stored in a database using an electronic recording medium. An editing program for editing the logo according to a shape and a size of the base sheet is installed on a computer. A printer prints the edited logo. A number logo is printed on the base sheet with the logo. A transparent protective sheet is applied on the base sheet to protect the printed number.
