A transmit/receive antenna switch device in a TDD(Time Division Duplex) wireless communication system is provided to increase a degree of isolation of transceiving paths by using a 180 degree hybrid coupler, thereby protecting an LNA(Low Noise Amplifier) of a receiving end from a high power RF(Radio Frequency) transmission signal. A 180 degree hybrid coupler(310) separates a transmission signal inputted from a PA(Power Amplifier)(304) of a transmitter(302) into two signals having in-phases to output the separated signals to phase shifters(312,314), and combines two signals inputted as having 180 degree reversed phases to output the combined signals to an LNA(308) of a receiver(306). The phase shifters equally change the phases of the two signals to output the changed signals to a combining/separating unit(318), and change the two signals having the in-phases so that the signals have the 180 degree reversed phases, and then output the changed signals to the coupler. The combining/separating unit combine the two signals having the in-phases to output the combined signals to an antenna(322), and separate receiving signals of the antenna into two signals having in-phases to output the separated signals to the phase shifters.
