LIQUID-LIQUID SEPARATION DEVICE

摘要

A liquid-liquid separator with concentrator bowl(1) that has liquid inlet(2) and outlet(5). An inward ball float valve(4) is installed on the bowl wall that can generate centrifugal force. It can allow fluids of varied densities entering into the concentrator bowl, with bigger density liquids closer to the bowl wall and smaller density liquids closer to the center in turn by means of the centrifugal force produced. When the inward floating force is bigger than the weight of the floater in fluids of varied densities, the floater(7) is moving inward, opening the channel and exhausting the heavy media deposited on the wall out of the device, realizing automatic separation.
