A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of PMWS (post-weaning multisystemic wasting syndrome) is provided to improve symptoms of PMWS including weight loss, general prostration and respiratory distress in pigs, and reduce death rate of pigs. A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of PMWS comprises: 100 parts by weigh of antibiotics selected from gentamycin, sulfase, teramycin, amoxicillin and kanamycin; 78-85 parts by weight of anti-inflammatory agent; 17-24 parts by weight of respiratory disease-treating agent; and 0.8-1.3 parts by weight of detoxicant, and further comprises 8-14 parts by weight of taurine or vitamin preparations, wherein the composition is administered into a PMWS pig through injection in the amount of 4-3 cc based on the body weight of 8 kg per day, and the unit of 1-1.5 cc is increased per kg by increasing the weight.
