<p>A motor that despite use in vacuum atmosphere, ensures easy maintenance. Specified surface treatment is applied to bolts (41,42) disposed on the side of vacuum atmosphere. Accordingly, any adhesion of the bolts (41,42) fitted in vacuum atmosphere can be inhibited, realizing easy maintenance. Thus, there can be attained an enhanced operating ratio of the whole of a system including this motor.</p> |
