A portable pet carrying bag having a hand entrance hole is provided to reduce stress of a pet during movement by touching it with a hand. A portable pet carrying bag comprises: a main body of a bag(1) having an inner space for receiving a pet(11), which includes an outer cover(12) of which one side is opened; and an inner cover(13) having a hand entrance hole(131) through which a user inserts his/her hand to touch the pet received into the inner space of the bag; a shoulder strap(2) fixed on both sides of the bag. |
