Provided is a coaxial cable connecting structure having both mechanical reliability relating to bendability and electrical characteristics relating to impedance matching and EMI characteristics. A coaxial cable harness to be used for such coaxial cable connecting structure and a portable terminal device are also provided. A coaxial cable connecting structure (10) connects two boards (11, 12), which are slidably arranged one over another, by using a coaxial cable harness (20) including a plurality of coaxial cables (24) bundled at least one part. The coaxial cables (24) are connected in U-shape as a whole.
