POLY (3-HEXYLTHIOPHENE) - ZNO NANOCOMPOSITE THIN FILM GAS SENSOR AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME

A selective gas sensor is formed by depositing a poly (3- hexylthiophene) -ZnO film on a substrate. By impressing a constant voltage across the film, a target gas present in a mixture of gases can be detected by measuring the change and current flowing through the film.
