<p>A technique of providing an existing context utilizing method and so forth capable of reducing the signaling amount of a QUERY or the like to a new TR path, realizing the speedup and high efficiency of a QoS handover, and minimizing a QoS instantaneous interruption. The technique comprises a step in which a mobile node detects another mobile node having an existing context between an access router for performing communication through radio communication and the same home agent as the mobile node itself from a sub-network to which it belongs, a step in which, when the another mobile node having the existing context is detected, the mobile node acquires the existing context of the another mobile node, and a step in which the mobile node performs a processing for communication with the communication party by using the acquired existing context.</p> |
