A chassis assembly and a plasma display device including the same are provided to easily fix a circuit board by directly mounting the circuit board on a chassis, thereby reducing its manufacturing time and cost. A chassis(110) includes a base part(111) and a support part. The base part is a flat plate shape, and the support part is extended from the base part and protrudes in a positioning direction of a circuit substrate. Cut portions are formed on both sides of the support part to reduce an area of a contact portion between the support part and the base part and to easily perform a process of forming the support part. A circuit board(120) is supported by the support part, and driving elements(125) are mounted on the circuit board.
